If there’s a 2021 mash-up we didn’t see coming it’s that north London brewery Beavertown have teamed up with one of our fave doughnut shops Crosstown to create a pastry-inspired beer. Could be the best thing ever, right?
Pastry Stout is described as “rich, sweet and delicious” and is inspired by Crosstown’s Creme Brulee doughnut. There’s notes of vanilla and caramel in the 12% ABV which was created to mark Beavertown’s 9th birthday.
So how do you get your hands on one of these magical cans? They’re available as part of a limited edition beer and sweet treats box you can order online. There’s just 50 boxes available as part of the one-off collab and each box contains six beers (three Crosstown x Beavertown: Pastry Stouts and three Beavertown Neck Oil Session IPA) as well as either six cookies or six doughnuts.
The boxes are available nationwide and cost £34.95 for delivery.
