Every now and then a dress comes along and takes the whole damn internet by storm. First there was that iconic black and white polka dot number from Zara, and then earlier this year that shirred gingham midi from New Look, and now? Well it’s this dark blue check beauty from Mango of course.
First spotted on Alex Steadman of The Frugality, the £59.99 dress isn’t quite as cheap as other high street must-have styles, but it’s made from sustainable cotton (33%) and gives off serious Ganni vibes.
We love everything about it – the colour which looks 10/10 in summer with a bright coral lipstick and strappy sandals, but also excellent with a dark winter coat and boots come winter, the gorgeous embroidered colour, and the shirred bust which makes it super comfy.
In fact, I love it so much that I bought it last week and have already worn it FOUR (!!!) times – with a wash in-between, mind.
It’s also been snapped up by a handful of other gorgeous Instagram babes including @rosie.chappel and @jessluck87, and is currently still in stock in sizes 4-12, but already sold out in sizes 14 and 16.
Let the autumn capsule wardrobe collating begin…
