Nando’s Are Finally Bringing Back Their Fino Pitta

27/10/2021 by Hannah Gale

2 Min Read

It’s been a hot minute since we last feasted on one of Nando’s absolute heroes: the humble Fino Pitta. It was dropped last year during an edited lockdown menu and hasn’t been seen since, but the chicken restaurant has announced that it will be returning ASAP.

Including two seasoned chicken thighs, halloumi, lettuce, caramelised red onion relish and wild garlic aioli, the Fino Pitta will be re-introduced in all Nando’s restaurants as part of their winter menu which officially launches on 2nd November 2021.

It’ll be joined by Spiced Clementine PERi-PERi Baste (a mild heat option) and PERi PERi Gravy, as well as a new sustainable South African cider called SXOLLIE which has hints of toffee apple. Delish.

Also new to the menu is a revamped Rainbow Rice Bowl, which is one of their plant-based options, and will now have warmed spiced grains and long-stem broccoli with hummus, rainbow slaw, pickled golden carrot and a sprinkle of seeds.

We know where we’re heading for a mates date next week…
