Weddings, races, blowout birthday parties – celebrations are firmly back on the agenda for 2022, and if you’re on the hunt for an outfit that’s gorgeous, affordable and sustainable, call off the search.
Landing online tomorrow, Nobody’s Child’s debut occasionwear collection is packed full of stunning pieces, all under £100. The new range is a natural next step for the high street brand whose signature dresses are loved by everyone from Holly Willoughby to Frankie Bridge. Described as a “modern take on conventional occasionwear”, the collection swerves anything too frou-frou in favour of clean silhouettes and bold block colours with plenty of Nobody’s Child’s trademark prints and feminine details – think broderie, ruffles and lace – thrown in for good measure.

As we’ve come to expect from the sustainability-focused brand, pieces are made with eco-friendly fabrics including Tencel, Lenzing Ecovero and recycled satin and, because the designs aren’t traditional “occasionwear”, they’ll lend themselves to plenty other events in your social calendar, whether that’s drinks with the girls, date night or an al fresco holiday dinner.
Prices start at £49 for a midi dress going up to £95 for a jumpsuit and you can shop the full collection here from Tuesday 21st March. Here’s a first look at our favourites…
