We’ve got another date for you to add to your television diaries because Sky have just confirmed when the second season of The Flight Attendant, which stars Kaley Cuoco, will arrive in the UK. It will first debut over in the States on HBO Max on 21st April 2022 and will arrive on Sky One and be available for NOW subscribers in May.
The exact date hasn’t been revealed but the series – which will have eight episodes – will be aired weekly in the U.S. (after double episodes for the first two weeks) so if Sky decides to air it as a box set then it will likely be at the end of the month to allow it to finish in the States.
The second season also boasts some brilliant new cast members including Sharon Stone (who’ll play Cassie’s – played by Kaley – estranged mother). There’s also Cheryl Hines, Jessie Ennis and Mae Martin.
The first season saw us follow Cassie’s rollercoaster of a life after a passenger she went on a date with ends up dead. The plot is dark and twisty whilst there’s also moments of dark humour which make it feel like an easier watch compared to your classic crime drama.
The second season sees Cassie grapple with the lure of alcohol (she was a dysfunctional alcoholic in season one) whilst also going into full spy mode alongside her flight attendant role.
We’ll report back with an exact date once we have one…
