With wedding season in full swing we’re frantically on the hunt for gorgeous guest dresses that’ll make us feel like we scrub up alright, despite not having had a full night’s sleep in several years. And finding a bargain online has just become even easier because you can now rent high street dresses from brands like ASOS, Nobody’s Child and Marks & Spencer from Hirestreet.
Unlike other clothing rental companies, Hirestreet isn’t peer-to-peer, and instead you’re hiring directly from the brand. They have stock from all the latest collections from the high street stores, including Marks & Spencer’s sell-out styles from their recent collaborations with Ghost, and pieces go to a size 18.
Borrowing a dress for four days (allowing you tome to check it fits OK and get to a post office after the nuptials) will set you back around £15. There’s also higher end designers stocked on the site, and prices go up to around £50 for a RIXO frock.
It’s not just dresses on offer either. If you fancy a blazer or pair of tailored trousers to take away on a city break with you, there’s a few of Marks & Spencer’s most recent styles to choose from.
We’re both big fans of renting – it’s cheaper and better on the environment. Check out more of our fave rental sites here.
